**_Requirements_**
* 4+ years end-to-end product/UI/UX experience with a strong web/app portfolio
* Expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components/variants), prototyping, and design systems
* Proven ability to run usability research and translate insights into shippable designs
* Solid grasp of CRO, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
* Experience collaborating with devs (design tokens, specs, assets) in agile sprints
* Excellent written English and asynchronous communication; ability to overlap ≥4 hrs PT
**_Key Responsibilities_**
* Own discovery through delivery: user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web experiences
* Define and evolve our multi-brand design system to drive consistency and velocity
* Plan and conduct usability tests; synthesize findings into clear recommendations
* Partner with Content/SEO and Paid Media to align UX with growth and conversion goals
* Deliver interactive prototypes and developer-ready specs; support QA through launch
* Track and iterate on UX outcomes (activation, CVR, task success, drop-off)
